YOu wait, because that's the only thing you can do. When the IRS receives the rejected ACH deposit back, they will cut a paper check and mail it to the address on your return.
BTW - the bank did what they were required to do by law. If your name was not on the ACH destination account, they rejected the deposit as the law requires.
