Bumping this thread again as we are also experiencing the same bug. No “file” button on the left side but worked on just going through every step by step again until we got to the IP pin step. Supposedly the next step is enter prior year AGI but it kept skipping that and proceeding to our identification (driver’s license, etc). I had to click back from there and then it will finally show the AGI question. Another issue from there is that there’s still no way to enter my spouse’s prior year AGI so our taxes still kept getting rejected.
