To fix the missing scroll bar in TurboTax,
- Zoom out by pressing Ctrl + - (Windows) or Cmd + - (Mac) to reveal hidden navigation,
- Set your OS to "Always Show Scroll Bars".
- If in Chrome, switch to Incognito Mode to rule out extensions.
- Three dots top right corner (left click)
