It depends. Filing an amended return will require federal entries as a rule. You can ignore the 1040-X for federal and continue to file the AZ 140X.
You don't need to change your 140 to it's original form since it is amended. If, however, you want to see or have a copy of the original, then you should change the return back to it's original amounts, save it, then add the change back to save an additional copy with a different name.
