After you file

I am still having issues with this. All the help articles take you to a generalized "Troubleshoot TurboTax Desktop for Windows issues" article. I have tried all the steps listed in this article and TurboTax is still not working. Unsure what to do or if I can be refunded. I have been using TurboTax for 5 years so it would unfortunate to switch but I think I will need to look into other options if the software does not open. 

 

Also if anyone has specific steps that they took to resolve this issue can they please share!
