this is unbelievable. so I called the number and with the AI was routed to TurboTax for the US, a voice said "are you calling about the status of your refund or something else". I tried saying both things, I tried shouting, I tried pressing numbers, it just keeps saying the same thing and after saying it about 10 times it says "sorry I could not understand you , have a great day" and hangs up. I wish the 70s were back when real people answered the phone. Next year I am using a CPA who has an actual office I can go to. No more of these gigantic companies who hide behind AI and disappear once they get your payment.
