If you physically printed, signed, dated, and mailed the 2024 return to the IRS, and if it's not showing up in the "Where's My Refund" tool, be sure you entered the info for the correct tax year of 2024, SSN, filing status, and the Federal refund amount you can view on your actual 2024 Form 1040, Line 35a.

If the WMR tool cannot find it, you could try the IRS Refund Hotline. I've seen some anecdotes where it worked when the WMR tool didn't, and it's easy to try. 800-829-1954
Otherwise, you would need to phone the IRS to see if they received it, or if you have an Online IRS account, you may be able to tell there if it is filed, and from a 2024 tax return transcript (accessed in the online account) if it was received and still processing. But in any case, because of the delay you'd still need to phone the IRS to discuss that aspect with them.
