Have you tried deleting the 1099-R and then re-entering it?
To delete the 1099-R:
- Log in to your account.
- Select Federal
- Select Wages and Income
- Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
- Select Edit next to IRA, 401K, Pension Plans (1099-R)
- Select the trashcan icon next to the 1099-R
