Same thing happened with me me if I don’t receive my $35 when you guys didn’t advance my refund I need that money back Asap that’s false advertising! And I’ll report to IRS AND BBB. Also I made copies of everything and dispute with my bank. Thus is not ok to do to ppl especially since we trust turbo tax will be legit and do the right thing. So please refund everyone who paid for this ridiculous scam. Or I definitely will go beyond. That’s a lot of money to some people your a million dollar company people trust. $35 is a lot to me but it’s a principle. KEEP YOUR WORD TT
