How do I find my prior year tax return if I do not have the Tax Home and the documents shows me blank folders or documents I've uploaded?

Searching for a prior year tax return. As per https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/prior-year-tax-return/access-prior-year-... I should have access. I only see documents that I'VE uploaded. I don't have "Tax Home". Thanks!
