My filing fees were taken from my state refund. I called Cross River Bank today, and they have the refund info from the IRS. Why do I not have my federal refund yet?

My filing fees were paid for from my state refund. And I did not do 5 days early. So unsure why my refund is even going through Cross River Bank. If they have the IRS info, why are they also waiting on info from Turbo Tax?
