I am currently having the same problem. the check that was sent to me wont cash and keeps being rejected at both my banks and at a MoneyTree. Something is going on with Cross River Bank in Fort Lee, NJ. when I reached out to them, they told me they have nothing to do with the checks. So, I contacted the IRS and was told they sent the money to that bank on Feb. 2 2026 and they received the fund. here we are Feb 20th 2026 and I have a bad check in my hands, or they lack the funds to pay idk. Any help would be great thanks
