I just printed a few pages of my return using the same tax file, but using two different computers, each with its the app installed and its own printer. Everything on both printouts lined up.
Check your paper supply. paper too thin or thick or perhaps sticking slightly can cause misalignment. For printer settings, choose "fit" if available.
another possibity is to save as a PDF and then print the PDF. computer/printer combinations vary so much that it may not be possible to resolve your problem.
