Is it going to affect me or my husband that we filed separately and on my taxes I made a mistake by not double checking, and filed as HOH instead of filing separately?

And also I realized that my husband’s info is not even there . Please help, what should I do ? Do I make an amend ? If yes how? And when? Because I tried and it says that the option is not available. Am I going to still receive my refund?
