NOTE: The 2021 desktop software is no longer supported by TurboTax. It's likely it cannot be updated, and that the license cannot be activated. Do not try to purchase it on the Internet, eBay, etc. It likely won't work, and the sale could be a scam to sell expired product or get personal info.

How was that prepared? If you used Online TurboTax for a 2021 return, you "may" be able to find it in your account--if you use the same User ID to log in.
