When I say "refund" I am not referring to a tax refund.
I paid for a turbo tax accountant to do my taxes for this year. Unfortunately, I selected the service twice (and so I had to pay the fee twice, which was around $400). I realised after I paid and so I want to get the payment for one of those services refunded, which I requested...but turbotax have not yet issued me a refund.
Again, this is a refund for a TurboTax service which I paid for and NOT related to a tax refund.
