After you file
I'll assume you mean a Federal refund. No one in this user community forum can know anything specific about your refund, but we can tell you some things in general.
First, where did you get that date? If it was provided by TurboTax soon after you filed, that is just an estimate based on common processing times at the IRS, Most people who efile and choose direct deposit get their refunds within 21 days. For some people processing can take longer.
Or was the date provided to you by the IRS at the "Where's My Refund" tool? Has the IRS approved your refund, sent it, and gave you an expected deposit date?

If so, the IRS also says it can take up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing times.
Also if you had any fees that you paid out of your refund, the IRS sends it first to a third-party bank to take out the fees. Then that third-party bank sends it to you in a second direct deposit. If you used that option, and if the IRS has actually sent the funds, we can tell you how to check on it at the company that handles that--SBTPG. If you did not choose that option, then this paragraph does not apply to you.
Also be aware that if you have EIC or ACTC tax credits in your return, the IRS cannot release those refunds until after February 15 due to the PATH Act. So folks who have those types of credits in their returns may not see their refunds until late February or early March.
