Did you ever get this sorted out?
im having the same issue but I deposited the check in my account because my bank couldn’t verify the check they flagged the check and closed my ENTIRE account. I spoke to the irs and verified were it was sent and then had the bank tell me Credit Karma sent the check… please tell you got an outcome/ solution to this
