I just got off the phone with a very kind women named Jasmine. I didn't see a survey in my in box but this women needs to be appreciated for her dedication to helping me and hard work. She was incredibly helpful and tried to solve the issue I was having in everyway and stayed on the line with me for a long time to do so. The whole time she was very patient and respectful with me. She did end up figuring out what was the issue and helped me greatly. Very patient, helpful, and respectful.
