I bought the desktop version, however, because I have not paid to upgrade to Windows 11, I had to use the online version. It is absolutely horrible. It’s impossible to navigate. It doesn’t show a running total at the top of how much I will pay or get in a refund. I have no idea what is going on. I could not find the tools. I decided I need to file for an extension because I’m getting ready for a trip and I cannot handle the Frustration of dealing with this now. I could not find out how to file for an extension. Even with Help, which is useless. I went and paid another service to e-file for an extension. I want my money back and I never want to use TurboTax again. I have been a loyal TurboTax user for over 10 years at least. But I am so upset I may never use it again. I am now going on a request to find a different better product.
