Unfortunately, we can't refund for a program you purchased as Sam's Club. However, if the License Code doesn't work, you can Contact TurboTax Support about a free download.
What happens when you enter your license code? If you can give more details, we'll try to help.
There's a couple things you can try, if you haven't already:
- Use cut/paste to enter the code (could be error with 0 or "O", or extra space, etc. when typed)
- Right-Click the TurboTax Icon and 'Run as Administrator'
- Use the cursor and not the touch screen
- Change the screen resolution if the box doesn't accept input
