Yes, from your screenshot, it appears that the bottom portion of the Forms Selection screen, where you can choose 'Save as PDF' or 'Preview Print Copy'.
Can you drag the window farther up on your screen by clicking at the top and moving it up? Does the window look the same whether you select 'Print' or 'Save PDF?'
If so, make sure your program is updated through the ONLINE link at the top. You could also try uninstalling/re-installing TurboTax to see if that resolves the issue. If not, here's how to Contact TurboTax Support for tech support.
