If you already have a Credit Karma account, don't open a new account. Instead, use the "Sign In" option to link your current account.
Or, go to your existing Credit Karma profile, navigate to Settings -> Security -> Linked Accounts, and try unlinking/re-linking with your current TurboTax account. Here's more info on Linking your TurboTax Account to Credit Karma.
If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies first.
