Good morning.  I received your reply and instructions which I have been doing for days now.  I still cannot view any ofmy documents.  I spoke with 3 representatives.  The first one was able to connect me with the supervisor, and as we were speaking the line disconnected and she never called me back.  I called back and the next representative was sending supervisors notes about my issue, and the instructions given to her by them to give to me did not work.  I asked if I could speak with the supervisor directly.  She said she they would contact me 24-48 hours and still waiting for a call back.

 

Please assist.

Good morning.  I have been on hold off and on with one of your customer service reps.  He seems to be unable to assist me with retrieving my previous information / documents that I will need to view.  They seem to have dissappeared.  Been on the phone with him for an hour!  I asked that he esculate the issue to his supervisor, however he says they are busy.  I asked that they send my missing information to my email, but he is unable to.
