That's not much to go on, so without more info about your issue, here's some info in general on finding a *.tax2024 data file.
If you are using Windows the default location for the tax data files is the Documents\TurboTax folder. So look there first. Then, if necessary, perform a wildcard search on your entire system for any files ending in *.tax2024 and also look in the Recycle Bin and any external backup storage you have.
If you have more than 1 Windows user account on your computer such as a separate Admin account, log into each one to perform the searches inside each one. A couple of forum users have said their *.taxYYYY data file ended up in One Drive.
