Agreed. The govt forced us to pay taxes and some 3rd party company gets to bribe the president and then charge ungodly fkn fees for service on something youll go to fkn jail for if you dont pay them. Thats extortion in every other civilized place in the world. Then they outsource customer service to pakistan etc so nobody cares at all when you complain. We live in hell
