Some reasons why Refund Advance may not show as an option include not having a refund of at least $500, having certain forms in your return, or not choosing Credit Karma Money Account as your bank to receive the refund.
If these don't apply to you, if you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies and step through the FILE section again. Don't choose the '5 day early' option or you may not see 'Refund Advance'.
