It asked me for all the above info (how much I paid, address, and provider name) it asked for the EIN and I put that I didn’t have it. Then it asked why I didn’t have it. I put that the provider was tax exempt by mistake. & filed the taxes that way. So now I’m wondering if I’ll have to amend because of the mistake.
