If you submitted the return, you will now have to wait until you get an email that says accepted or rejected. If rejected, you can fix and refile. If accepted, you'll have to wait until mid-February to file 1040-X an amended return. You won't get the email if you didn't actually file, or you will get it sometime after 1/26 because e-filing won't officially open until that date and it might even be 2 to 3 days later.
