If it's still processing, then only the IRS will know what they are doing with your return. You'll need to phone them and ask them what the holdup is.

If you get an AI robot, don't say "refund," or you may get transferred to an automated response. Say something like "speak to customer service agent about my tax account." You may have to say it more than one time before it gets tired and transfers you.
If you don't get good information when you phone the IRS, you can phone the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service to see if they will help you. They are more likely to help if you are having a financial hardship. Every state has one or more IRS taxpayer advocate offices, and there is also a national office.
