I filed my 2024 taxes via mail and the IRS finally sent me a letter where they changed my return. How do I re-file?

When I filed, I was due a refund, but with the change, I now owe. There were no instructions on how to submit what I owe, but I need to re-file, right? TurboTax seems poor with that functionality.
