In 2021 I filed my taxes for the 2020 tax year. Both my federal and state tax refunds were accepted. It said that I was supposed to receive a federal refund of $1,800. I put my direct deposit information on to my tax filing paperwork. I e-filed online. I never received a check to the address that was listed on my tax refund paperwork. And I never received my direct deposit. What can I do now? I was informed that I will still receive this money because my paperwork was filed correctly and I was approved for the refund. For whatever reason I never received it, but I am supposed to. It was told that I will still receive it. What can I do / how do I go about getting the refund re-issued to me?
