I assume you are using the Mac version since that is the title of this thread. In any case, if you have contacted TurboTax Support, and they couldn't come up with a resolution of your issue, and if none of the suggestions in this thread have helped, then if you wish, you can escalate to the office of the president of Intuit, and they will have someone reach out to you, usually within 1 business day.
