I received a notice of tax return change for my state income taxes. All I did was answer Turbo Tax's questions accurately. How do I fix this?

The state of CA says I inputted the wrong amount for the number of child dependents but it's correct on the form. I also went for the standard deduction and which Turbo Tax inputted as over 5,000 but the state of CA said it's 10. How can there be such a vast difference?
