I was having the same printing issue. Save to PDF was also not working. It would create a 647kB file that would not open and state the file is corrupted. After trying to reboot the machine and all multiple repeat attempts, I decided instead to try and print my state tax return. As I went through the process of 'filing' the state tax form and chose the option to print it (instead of paying $20 for state E-file), I was taken to another "Print Returns" option. This time when I hit "Print Returns" it didnt create an error message and I was able to "Save As PDF" without errors. The 31 page document included both my Fed and State tax return. The error-free PDF file size was 645kB
