I was one of the first on this thread back in April.  I did the complaint process all the way to the end and used the nuclear option on contacting the management office.  After 2 or 3 days, they sent me an email with a number to contact them.  When I explained to the person what had happened, they went through all my previous orders and refunded me enough money to go directly to TTAudit Defense and purchase back coverage for the tax years that were only one year coverage (as long as you haven't heard from the IRS, you can do this).

Now, it may be because they were charging me for the Business version and not the personal (I have a one person business and was using TT Home and business which charged the wrong amount for Audit Defense (another problem)), but they did make it right...
