Thanks. Yes, I use the desktop version for mac. I've checked all over including one drive and my icloud accts.
Interestingly enough, when I sign into my intuit account and request the email code for verification, I never get the email. I've checked my spam/trash/etc and there's nothing. Is something going on with intuit?
