After you file

Thank you for your reply.  I have done all of that, multiple times.  I've downloaded a "patch" as well that was in someone else's response.  NOTHING works.  I sent my personal off the business and I do NOT want to have re-do this.  It's a really complicated year. 

 

I will try one more time to update everything, including windows, but I'm not holding my breath.
