After you file

My tax transcript says as of September 1, 2024 and that my tax return was processed on August 25,2024. My identity was confirmed on June 6 and my tax return was accepted in February! Where or when will I get my refund!?!

A tax transcript will be dated for whatever day you retrieve it at the IRS website, so the transcript date changes from day to day.

So if those dates you mentioned are correct then that was last year, then you would be asking about a 2023 tax return.   Is that right--a 2023 return?    Or are those dates typos, and you're actually asking about a 2024 return?    For now, I'll go ahead and use your dates and assume you are asking about a 2023 return.

What do you see at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool when you enter your data and select tax year 2023 (if that's the correct year)?

Have you phoned the IRS yet to inquire about the delay?

IRS: 800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday

If you don't get good info from the IRS as to why the delay continues, you can try contacting the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service to see if they will assist you.   Every state has an IRS Taxpayer Advocate office.  They are especially more prone to help if you have an economic hardship or if you have continued delays from the IRS without information.
