After you file

Is it possible to change my direct deposit information even if the refund was already issued?
No, you cannot change a deposit account choice after filing. The fact that you mentioned Green Dot Bank makes me think you chose the option to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund. Is that your situation? When one chooses that payment option, the IRS sends the refund to a temporary account at an intermediary bank, where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest to your bank (or card) account in a second direct deposit. That process is handled by a company SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group), which is a Green Dot company.
If you DID use that method to pay TurboTax fees, then you should be able to look up your refund info using SBTPG's refund lookup tool. Choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
If needed, SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. Scroll down the page there to see contact info. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.
