HI! If you have already efiled your 2024 tax return, you can navigate to your home page and scroll down to where you see the years you have filed returns with Turbo Tax. You should see an option to download a PDF of your return.
If you have not efiled your return, you will need to go through the review and check out process to access a PDF of your return. You will be able to do this before you efile.
You may also log in to your Turbo Tax Online account (on your mobile phone or computer) and reach out to an expert via chat to assist you. The expert will be able to convert your chat to a voice call to better assist you.
