I paid estimated taxes when i filed an extension, but i need to request that money to be refunded. How do I request that?

I paid estimated taxes due at the time the extension was filed based on what TurboTax estimated. After filing the return however, I was due a refund but there was no where in TurboTax to input the estimated taxes paid. As a result, the refund amount I am being sent does not include the estimated taxes paid at the time I filed the extension. So I am trying to figure out how to request the amount paid in estimated taxes to be refunded.
