I filed my taxes in February but as of September I've yet to get them and they sent me a noticing that I have not filed for 2024 how is that possible?

I filed my taxes in February but as of September I've yet to get them and they sent me a noticing that I have not filed for 2024 how is that possible?
TurboTax shows files and that it was accepted in February but the IRS website shows the discrepancy
