Do you realize you are in the Live Deluxe product, for which you are paying extra for live tax help? At least that is what is shown for your product in the tag under your question. The Live feature is a more expensive upgrade from regular Deluxe that allows for live on-demand help from a tax expert during return preparation and, if desired, a final review of your returns before filing. If that's not what you wanted, we can tell you how you can go back to the less-expensive regular Deluxe--unless you have already filed your Federal return.
