Yes, you will still need to print and mail them to the IRS. The letter you received likely stated that you should not amend your return and they just want you to send the 1095-A and the 8962. So that is what you will need to do.
When you say added to your TurboTax portal, did you just do it online or did you print and mail the amended return to the IRS? If you did not print and mail, this was never transmitted anywhere as an amended return can only be paper mailed.
