After you file

I recommend going through the state interview screens again and when you see the screen titled "File an Extension for Arizona?", select Do Extension. Proceed through the screens and complete the boxes to match what was filed when you originally completed your state extension.

This will generate the extension form within TurboTax and also mark the box on your Arizona tax return.
