once your return is filed Turbotax is out of the picture. It cannot help you with your refund issues.
since your account was closed the refund should have been returned to the IRS which then sends a paper check. however, because you moved the USPS may have again returned the check to the IRS.
you should file form 8822 (change of address form) with the IRS and contact them concerning your refund.
note that it can take 3 weeks or longer for the IRS to process a paper check

6) When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN do nothing – wait - - After it asks twice, you will get another menu

It should then transfer you to an agent. Note when its phone line are busy you may be on hold for a long while or disconnected
also note it is a violation of the license agreement for a paid preparer not affiliated with Turbotax to use it to prepare your return.
