There's a problem with PA again this year. If you look at page 2 of your notice, you'll probably see they're calculating interest from 4/16/2024, a year before the taxes were actually due. If this is the case you do not owe any additional money. I recommend sending them proof of any payments you did make and pointing out the date on the notice. Some taxpayers have opted to do nothing and are waiting for PA to issue updated notices.
