I have the IRS acknowledgement via email as well as my credit card statement that they received payments. I have the certified mail receipts and checked that my taxes were picked up along with the date that occurred. But the IRS sent me a letter saying I had not filed my taxes. In addition, I applied for an extension from my 2024 taxes through TurboTax and received an email saying the extension was granted. When I went into my online account at the IRS, there is nothing listed for 2023 or 2024. I suspect this is the IRS’s problem, but I need to know what to do. I can copy all my info and send it in, but who to? I tried to call, but got nothing, and they seem to be doing something on their website.
