Hi,
I filed electronically on April 7 using TurboTax and paid the amount owed. However, I am now receiving a CP14 bill including interest dated May 12 that says I didn't pay my taxes.
I have the credit card charge showing it was clearly made. Why am I receiving this notice, and how can I correct it? I live overseas so calling the IRS and trying to resolve this over the phone is not convenient.
